As website owner's it's important to let our visitors know what our terms and conditions are, giving them peace of mind that they can browse, buy and make payments on our website safely. Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received.
Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. Moving Seed's Urban 727 Haze will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
All orders in the U.K are sent via recorded delivery mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. You should know that while credit cards put a hold on your line of credit, debit cards put a hold on actual funds/monies in your checking account.
The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off.
