Subject to any regulations under section 7 of this Act, for the time being in force, it shall not be lawful for a person to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis.

Always remember this: The current Cannabis laws all stem back to & are associated with the like's of men like the following:

Harry Jacob Anslinger (May 20, 1892 – November 14, 1975) held office as the assistant prohibition commissioner in the Bureau of Prohibition, before being appointed as the first commissioner of the U.S. Treasury Department's Federal Bureau of Narcotics (FBN) on August 12, 1930

Harry J. Anslinger quotes:

" Reefer makes darkies think they're as good as white men. "

" You smoke a joint and you're likely to kill your brother. "

" Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind."

Some of his critics [12] allege that Anslinger and the campaign against marijuana had a hidden agenda, DuPont petrochemical interests and William Randolph Hearst together created the highly sensational anti-marijuana campaign to eliminate hemp as an industrial competitor.

So we have to ask " Why was it not illegal for this sort of man to enforce laws? "

How can so called Government's continue to enforce such laws like the one below for instance:

Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Restriction of cultivation of cannabis plant.

Subject to any regulations under section 7 of this Act, for the time being in force, it shall not be lawful for a person to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis.

" Now how can any of todays politicians justify their stance on the legality of cannabis if they continue to enforce such laws! "

There is no form of Science behind any of the cannabis related laws, only ignorance, racism & fear mongering.

People deserve the right not to follow laws based on the aforementioned ignorance, racism & fear mongering, the wars on drugs have & will claim more live's than the humble Cannabis plant ever will.

We the people, insist the Cannabis laws are abolished in all Countrie's that enforce said law's.

Harry J. Anslinger From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

By using the mass media as his forum (receiving much support from William Randolph Hearst), Anslinger propelled the anti-marijuana sentiment from the state level to a national movement. Writing for The American Magazine, the best examples were contained in his "Gore File", a collection of quotes from police reports, by later opponents described as police-blotter-type narratives of heinous cases, most with no substantiation, linking graphically depicted offenses with the drug. Anslinger sometimes used the very brief and concise language in many police reports when he wrote about drug crimes:

“An entire family was murdered by a youthful addict in Florida. When officers arrived at the home, they found the youth staggering about in a human slaughterhouse. With an axe he had killed his father, mother, two brothers, and a sister. He seemed to be in a daze… He had no recollection of having committed the multiple crime. The officers knew him ordinarily as a sane, rather quiet young man; now he was pitifully crazed. They sought the reason. The boy said that he had been in the habit of smoking something which youthful friends called “muggles,” a childish name for marijuana.”

The campaign against marijuana 1930–1937

“Anslinger has been accused to be responsible for racial themes in articles against marijuana in the 1930s.”

"How many murders, suicides, robberies, criminal assaults, holdups, burglaries and deeds of maniacal insanity it causes each year, especially among the young, can only be conjectured...No one knows, when he places a marijuana cigarette to his lips, whether he will become a joyous reveller in a musical heaven, a mad insensate, a calm philosopher, or a murderer." Marijuana - Assassin of Youth by H. J. Anslinger U.S. Commissioner of Narcotics, (The American Magazine, July 1937)

"Not long ago the body of a young girl lay crushed on the sidewalk after a plunge from a Chicago apartment window. Everyone called it suicide, but actually it was murder. The killer was a narcotic known to America as marijuana, and to history as hashish.
